Founding Story
Tura was born out of a real transaction, a shared vision, and a deep respect for what it takes to build and sell a business.
Our journey began when Bruce advised on the sale of Unifii, a business co-founded by Mike and Steve. Throughout the process, they were impressed not only by Bruce’s strategic insight and steady guidance but also by his commitment to protecting their legacy. After a successful exit, Mike and Steve approached Bruce with a bold idea: to co-found an M&A advisory firm built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs.
To complete the founding team, Bruce approached Tom, a seasoned entrepreneur with deep experience in the professional services sector and a proven track record of building high-growth businesses. With complementary skill sets and a shared belief that business owners deserve better representation in M&A, the founding team came together and Tura was formed.
From day one, Tura has been built on a foundation of trust, hands-on experience, and an owner-first mindset. We’ve lived both sides of the deal table. We know what’s at stake, and we’re here to help others achieve their own successful exits.
